About Our Founders
This organization was founded by Amit Sood and Rajat Rana, two leaders who bring more than five decades of combined professional experience, distinct perspectives, and a shared belief that families deserve a higher standard of care and support.
Their vision is bigger than building another therapy center. They are creating an organization designed to grow across communities, bringing together clinical excellence, thoughtful leadership, strong teams, and a deeply personal approach to supporting children and families.
For Amit, this journey is deeply personal. As the parent of a child with special needs, he has experienced firsthand the questions, uncertainty, anxiety, hope, and responsibility families carry when seeking the right support for their child. He understands how difficult it can be to evaluate providers, trust unfamiliar care teams, understand progress, and make decisions that can influence a child and family for years to come. That experience has shaped how Amit believes care should be delivered.
Families should never feel like they are simply moving through a system. They should feel heard, respected, informed, and included. They should have confidence in the people supporting their child and clarity about the care being provided. Most importantly, they should feel that their child is understood as an individual, not defined by a diagnosis.
Over the years, Amit also saw gaps in the experience many families receive. Strong clinical care can still feel incomplete when communication is inconsistent, support feels impersonal, or families do not feel connected to the process. Those experiences created a conviction to help build something more thoughtful, responsive, transparent, and human.
Rajat brings a complementary perspective. Across more than 25 years in the corporate world, he has built and scaled organizations, developed brands, led teams, and worked in environments where quality and consistency depend on strong people, thoughtful systems, and disciplined execution.
His entrepreneurial experience in education has also given him a close understanding of the responsibility that comes with caring for children. He understands that parents are not simply choosing a service. They are placing enormous trust in an organization, its people, its culture, and the standards it chooses to uphold.
For Rajat, exceptional care begins long before a therapy session starts. It is reflected in who is hired, how teams are trained and supported, how leaders remain accountable, how consistently families are communicated with, and how carefully every part of the child and family experience is designed.
