This is not a role to inherit an established clinical system. It is an opportunity to help build one. Cherished Stars is seeking a senior BCBA leader to become one of the architects of our clinical organization, helping define how children are assessed, how care is designed, how progress is measured, how clinicians are developed, and how clinical excellence is sustained as we grow.
Why Cherished Stars
Cherished Stars is building more than another ABA therapy center. We are creating an inclusive practice that begins with understanding the whole child, partners closely with families, and focuses on progress that matters in everyday life. ABA is an important foundation, and our broader ambition is to build a trusted platform of services and support around children and families.
Our Vision
To build a trusted, inclusive practice where every child is understood, every family feels supported, and exceptional clinicians have the environment and resources to do their best work.
Our Mission
To deliver individualized, evidence-based care that begins with understanding the child, includes the family's voice, and translates clinical progress into skills that make a meaningful difference in everyday life.

What Success Looks Like in Your First 12 Months
Clinical Structure
The Clinical Director will remain close enough to client care to stay clinically grounded. Clinical hours will be limited to no more than 15 per week, preserving the majority of the role for clinical leadership, team development, quality oversight, methodology, governance, and center performance.
Reporting directly to the founders, the Clinical Director will serve as the senior clinical voice of Cherished Stars. You will lead the center's clinical team and hold accountability for clinical standards, quality, supervision, hiring, treatment integrity, and admissions appropriateness. You will partner closely with operations on staffing, scheduling, capacity, and financial planning, while maintaining clear clinical authority over decisions that affect quality of care and client outcomes.
This begins as a founding single-center leadership role, with the opportunity to expand into broader, group-level clinical leadership as Cherished Stars grows across additional centers and services.

Who Will Thrive Here
This opportunity is designed for a senior clinician who has developed a point of view about what excellent ABA care should look like and wants the platform to help build it. You are comfortable discussing a complex case, developing a BCBA, setting a clinical standard, challenging an operating decision, and thinking about how quality can be sustained across multiple centers.
For the right leader, this is more than a Clinical Director role. It is an opportunity to help shape the clinical identity and future of Cherished Stars.
How to Apply
Send your resume and a short note (a few paragraphs are plenty) on your clinical philosophy and what you'd want to build here to careers@cherishedstars.com
Cherished Stars is an equal opportunity employer. We consider qualified applicants without regard to any status protected by applicable law, and we provide reasonable accommodations throughout the hiring process on request.
At Cherished Stars, we want BCBAs to have the time, autonomy, and support to practice at a high clinical standard. You should be able to focus on understanding your clients, designing thoughtful treatment, developing RBTs, partnering with families, and using data to create meaningful progress.
Why Cherished Stars
Cherished Stars is building more than another ABA therapy center. We are creating an inclusive practice that begins with understanding the whole child, partners closely with families, and focuses on progress that matters in everyday life. We are equally intentional about the clinician experience: reasonable clinical expectations, protected time for the work behind great care, and operational support that reduces avoidable administrative burden.

Role at a Glance
* $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid in three equal installments during the first 12 months of employment, subject to continued employment and applicable plan terms.
What You Will Do
A Clinical Structure Designed for Quality
BCBAs are expected to contribute 25 clinical hours per week. The remaining time is intentionally available for the work that makes care strong: assessment, treatment planning, RBT supervision and coaching, caregiver collaboration, data analysis, documentation, case consultation, and professional development.
Our goal is not to maximize billable hours. It is to create the structure clinicians need to deliver thoughtful, consistent, high-quality care.

A BCBA who wants to practice at a high clinical standard and have the time to do the work well. You value individualized treatment, meaningful outcomes, strong RBT development, genuine family partnership, clinical autonomy, and room to grow.
If you want to do excellent clinical work in an environment that invests in its clinicians and gives you the structure to succeed, we would like to hear from you.

At Cherished Stars, RBTs are not simply there to deliver therapy hours. You are an essential member of the clinical team and one of the people who will know our children best. We want to give you strong supervision, practical training, meaningful support, and a clear path to grow.

Cherished Stars is building more than another ABA therapy center. We are creating an inclusive practice where children are understood as individuals, families feel supported, and the people providing care have the training, guidance, and environment they need to do their best work.

Build Your Career With Us
We want Cherished Stars to be a place where an RBT can build a career, not simply work a schedule. If you want to grow in ABA, we will invest in strong supervision, mentorship, professional development, and opportunities to take on greater responsibility over time.
Who Will Thrive Here
Someone who is patient, dependable, curious, and genuinely enjoys helping children learn. You understand that meaningful progress often comes through consistency, persistence, and small victories over time.
Most importantly, you want to work somewhere that takes both the quality of care and the people delivering that care seriously.
